Fertility doesn't exist in isolation — it's a reflection of how well your whole body is functioning. That's why we look beyond the obvious and consider everything that plays a part: your hormones, your gut health, your stress levels, your sleep, and the way you nourish yourself day to day. When these things are working in harmony, your body is naturally better placed to conceive and carry a healthy pregnancy. My job is to help you get there.

I work with clients online, wherever you are in the world. This is a space for the more complex journeys — miscarriage, endometriosis, PMOS — where you need someone who really understands what you're going through.
We start with an initial consultation, where I take the time to properly get to know you: your history, your story, and what you've been through so far. After that, I put together a personal written report with my recommendations — this might include specific testing, a referral to a specialist, or connecting you with an experienced acupuncturist near you.
From there, I'm here whenever you need me — you're welcome to book further sessions for advice and support as your journey continues.
