Autumn Bug Blues
At this time of the year we seem to catch more colds and bugs, as the temperature changes after summer it's easy to see why. Here is one easy thing to try every day to keep the bugs at bay.
Vitamin C can help boost our immune system, and it's nice and warming to have a hot lemon and warm water before breakfast. I like to put a little honey in too to soothe the throat. I try and start every day with this refreshing drink, it's also great for your digestion too.
Just squeeze half a lemon in a mug and add hot water and a little bit of honey, I sometimes add ginger too for a bit of a zing.
