Yoga has been a staple part of my life now for around ten years. I love the health benefits, and I really notice a difference in my body and mind if I have to miss a week or two for some reason.
Practicing yoga has some serious health benefits too, from boosting your immunity, helping you sleep better and fighting stress to name but a few.
I have tried many different forms of exercise in the past, and Yoga is the only one that I seem to stick to. I think you have to find something that you enjoy, if you're going to do it everyday.
